I am going to be 45 and I need to get in shape. I am going to give myself a 90 day challenge. I would like to lose 30 pounds in 90 days. I don't have a concrete plan yet, but I do have an outline. I am going to eat less and exercise more. Easier said than done, I am sure. But you gotta start somewhere.
So here are the gory details(with pictures). I am going to try and document my progress here weekly.

Waist: 40 inches
Stomach: 44.5 inches
Chest: 46 inches
Bicep: 16.75 inches
My goal is to lose fat and gain muscle by doing the following:
1) Decrease portion sizes
2) Make healthier choices(preference for fruit and veggies and not ice cream and chips)
3) Exercise including cardio and strength training i.e. weights
